Have you gone to a restaurant and had a dish, you didn’t know its name, but it tasted amazing? Tried a dish, felt you can make it taste even better? This is that recipe for me. I had had a version of this recipe, that was rather flat in taste, I decided to oomph Up the taste! Interesting that there are no onions or garlic in this recipe. If you don’t get aamchoor or raw mango powder substitute it with fresh lime juice! This can be eaten plain and with roti as I well loved it as is.
Paneer recipes are in plenty! This one was ready so quickly, along with shooting and showing you’ll the steps it took only 40 minutes.
Technically this recipe should be done in 15 minutes tops! The taste very chatpata or tangy! You can add any number of veggies along with it carrot, cabbage, babycorn as well will go along with it, to balance out the taste! I added masala papad on it rather than chips or nachos! It added a nice crunchy element! The dried Fenugreek or Methi leaves gives a nice flavour boost. The ingredients are only few but the taste I am in a mood to whip up another batch so soon!
PS today is my birthday! So better watch this recipe! Please and thank you!
