Nipattu or Nipattlu or Tatte whatever be it’s name, everyone loves it, especially with a cup of coffee or tea. I have always loved having it and it has always been tasty. Those who know me would know that I don’t like anything deep fried!

Decided to try an experiment to find the best way to get it crispy without all that oil. Using ghee is really good for this recipe. 

The ingredients should be in your pantry! I would suggest to wash and dry your curry leaves prior to starting this recipe! Also, try to get dehusked peanuts, this saves on time.
