Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival all of us like, it is one of those fun festivals were families get together and celebrate the birth of Lord Ganesha. Several dishes are made in honour of his birth, this recipe is one, and which is extremely popular and extremely tasty. I have always loved eating this, last year I got the chance to make it in my place. I hate deep drying in general, so I baked it. This was a recipe my granny always made. Though I never met her, people say I cook well because of her and that I cook a lot like her, my mother has told me the same so many times! 😀
Lord Ganesha is a God who prevents obstacles from affecting people, he is always invoked to bless anything new, so no impediments are met. Here is hoping that this new venture grows amazingly!
The recipe uses very few ingredients and nothing very fancy. This recipe takes only 10 minutes of preparation time, baking again is about 10-15 minutes per batch
