Khara Bun

The aroma of this bun while it is baking is amazing, gives me serious childhood vibes, being around bakeries. After about 10 days of experimenting, I finally made 8 kharabuns that tasted just perfect. Enjoy with a cup of masala chai. The recipe is very simple, follow the video below. Let me know how it goes! This is my first attempt at a video recipe!
