The tastiest and quickest jam you can ever make at home. This is a seasonal Raw Mango Jam or how we like to call it Mango Murabba. My mom had made it several years ago and the taste has stayed in my head all these years. 10 days ago I had bought half a kilo of Raw Mango. I had decided that I am going to try and make it again. Around 2 weeks ago, I had tried making it and it had seized.

This recipe requires equal parts sugar to grated raw mango. I would suggest getting a good weighing scale for this. I use this one by Bulfyss.

It came with measuring cups a brush and a decent spatula. 

Get your raw mangoes soon. The season is getting over here. I used 4 raw mangoes for this recipe! Look how appetising they look!
