Growing up I always wanted to have chaat for some reason I had this fascination with how it is made and how it tastes. I always wanted to have it, but the places where it was available were deemed unhealthy by my mom. She started making this when I was a kid and did I love it and how! Whenever it was raining, or we had had a lot to eat for lunch I used to ask her to make it, it is so tasty.
After getting married, being away from her and having to cook for myself and Anirudh my husband, I really wanted to learn this and make it for us. So I did, I observed her and took down the recipe. Those of my friends and family who have had it have all loved it. I have bhelpuri and kadlepuri outside several times, but I haven’t liked the taste anywhere else but this!
The ingredients are very easy to find, doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to make this and even lesser time to consume it! I always have a second batch! Since it so very tasty! Friendly note, please do not boil it by adding carrot, sprouts, cucumber, peanuts and tomato ketchup! It just ruins the taste
