Equipment

  • 1 Tawa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice Flour
  • salt per taste
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 2 tsp Hing
  • 3 green chillies
  • 3 grated cucumbers
  • ½ cup coriander
  • ½ cup grated fresh coconut
  • 2 tbsps curds
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups of Rice Flour
  • Add salt per taste
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Jeera
  • Add big punch of hing
  • Add 3 cut green chillies
  • Add 3 grated English Cucumbers
  • Add 1/2 cup fresh coriander
  • Add 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
  • Add 2 tablespoons curds
  • Start kneading by pressing together
  • Add 2 tablespoons more curds
  • Finish kneading the dough
  • Coat with oil and rest for 10 minutes
  • Add oil and press the dough on a pan
  • Transfer to heat add 1 teaspoon oil
  • Cover with lid
  • Cook 5 minutes on each side
  • Enjoy with chutney
