Vanilla ice cream is probably the tastiest ice cream, not fancy like the other flavours. But a quintessential favourite of young and old! Probably one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. It is so creamy I promise to record a video of it. I could get only 1 photo of it! It got over that quickly. It melts really quick compared to store bought ice creams. The recipe uses only 3 ingredients, Go Fresh Cream, Milkmaid 400ml condensed milk and a teaspoon of Ossoro’s Madagascar Vanilla Essence. Their Vanilla essence is the hero of another favourite cake of mine, a very simple eggless vanilla bundt cake.
