Decadent Chocolate and Peppermint Ice Cream

[three_fourth]The taste and texture of Nestle’s After Eight is amazing, I have always liked the mix of chocolate and peppermint, since the day I had this chocolate as a kid. Whenever I have been to a bakery or a pastry place I have looked for this combination. There is something different with this combination. Me and my brother Uttam have always loved this combination, especially in an ice cream form. We used to visit corner house every month specially for this ice cream and later on ordered it every month and enjoyed it at home. Every weekend I have been trying to make different ice cream flavours, lockdown time I have had more chances to make them. On Sunday the 14th of June, I ordered Rich’s whipping cream, through dunzo. I had been looking for a good brand whipped cream, been missing Amul’s Whipped cream for a long while now.[/three_fourth]

I made the 2 ice creams separately and combined them in a bowl, while serving them. Limited number of ingredients have been used and making time is only about 10 minutes, freezing time is 3-4 hours depending on your fridge. I would suggest getting a good brand whipping cream for this recipe. Look it up on your delivery apps or shops that you buy your ingredients from. The peppermint essence I have used is amazing, extremely tasty and it feels natural. Food colour is by a company called Sugarin.

The taste is really decadent and it scoops really easily, let me know how it goes!
