Ginger Butter Biscuit

So many cookies or biscuits that I have ever had for the first time was at this shop called Cookie Man in Forum Mall, Hosur Road, Bangalore. I had no idea that their could be so many flavours! I miss going to this shop constantly, the ginger snap cookies were amazing. I’ve always loved making butter biscuits, they are the easiest to make and have the least amount of ingredients actually. They are ready in a hour, that quick! Don’t you take longer to cook normal stuff? Why don’t you try this recipe. I have used Nandini Butter for this recipe, the taste is amazing and it is so easily available here in Bangalore! This biscuit it such a Bangalore recipe! So many shops have so many ways of making this, this is my favourite way, it has a crunch outside and it melts inside your mouth! The way a butter biscuit needs to be! The aroma of this biscuit or cookie baking is amazing! The taste is amazing, I always add a little bit of salt in my sweet recipes, it brings out the flavour a whole lot more! Want some other butter biscuit recipes? I have 2 more, they are equally easy to make! Want a different recipe? Ask me! [recipe_card]
