Growing up as a kid in India, I used to love having Nestle’s Milkybar. The taste was always amazing. So I always wondered what I can possibly make it white chocolate. I had got some previously for a peppermint glaze for a cake a few years back, otherwise I hadn’t used it much!
Here in Hyderabad, everyone loves while chocolate. So I wanted to try and make a white chocolate blondie! The recipe is almost identical to my hazelnut and chocolate brownie. I decided to experiment and make a blondie, as always my cakes are eggless! I like eggs, but in cakes not so much. The recipe is really quick and the ingredients are really easy to come by. Preparation time is around 10 minutes, baking around 20.
The blondie is really chewy and fudgy! The top had cracked really well, it does taste amazing!
Let me know in the comment below if you like it or make it?
