Whenever anyone has ordered food lately, at home and everywhere else it has been a paneer dish or a paneer starter! This is probably the easiest recipe you’re going to find anywhere. It doesn’t involve frying and it is relatively healthy!
The ingredients are really basic and you can have this dish ready in about 10 minutes. The taste can be modified to how spicy you can handle it. I added only 2 green chillies here, not too many people at home eat spicy food. You can add chilli sauce as well, I did while eating it, it gave it a nice spicy kick!
This is perfect as an evening snack or a starter. It really goes along well with all types of beverages!
I hate frying food, I would love to bake stuff instead of frying. I would suggest to not fry the paneer, it can get very rubbery. You can add capsicums or bell peppers to this, it gives it a nice crunch.
