Hakka noodles with the ever classic Maggi Masala, there is something about this combination of ingredients, I was very surprised with how all the vegetables went along really well with Maggi. Growing up as a kid in the 90s Maggi was a staple in our house, especially in the evening along with Horlicks, Complan or Milo. Bangalore winter evenings having this hot was always amazing. This is a twist to an already super tasty dish.
The recipe takes around 10 minutes to make, this is especially handy if you are in a hurry and want something hot and tasty!
